Management Review highlights strengthening accountability,
improvement, and quality

The Management Review conducted by the Quality Management Office at the University of Northern Philippines took place from November 12 to 15, 2024, at Tadena Hall. This event was crucial for presenting audit finding reports to the top management, spearheaded by Dr. Erwin Cadorna, UNP President.

The primary aim of this management review was to evaluate several key aspects related to the Quality Management System (QMS). The inputs for this review included: reviewing the progress on actions from previous management reviews; assessing any changes in internal and external issues that may impact the university; evaluating the effectiveness of actions taken since the last review; gathering information on the overall performance of the QMS.

The outputs from this management review were significant, focusing on decisions and actions that could lead to opportunities for improvement within the university’s operations. This structured approach ensures that UNP remains responsive to both its internal dynamics and external challenges.

President Cadorna’s leadership in this review emphasizes the commitment to continuous improvement and accountability within the institution, aligning with best practices in quality management.
