Orientation prepares biology interns

The College of Arts and Sciences conducted a pre-practicum orientation cum seminar-workshop on professionalism and proper work etiquette for the BS Biology, Major in Medical Biology students on June 25, 2024, at the UNP Tadena Hall.

The activity aimed to prepare the students for their exposure to the different agencies and to raise awareness about the obligations and responsibilities of student interns, as well as to help students develop strong work ethics.

This workshop is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, ensuring that the students are well prepared for the demands of their careers in the field. The program was graced with the inspirational message of Dr. Remedios Navarro, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Mico Molina served as the resource speaker on the said activity.

Mr. Molina discussed professionalism and proper work etiquette, providing valuable insights to the students. Dr. Charo Rojas, program head, gave the students a general orientation, ensuring they are well-informed and ready for their upcoming practicum experience.
