The University of Northern Philippines proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of 2LT Leo Ralph Q. Papagayo from Bantay, Ilocos Sur, as the recipient of The Social Science Plaque from the Philippine Military Academy’ss Bagong Sinag Class of 2024.
UNP Alumnus and PMA fresh graduate 2LT LEO Ralph Q. Papagayo receives an award from UNP President, Dr. Erwin F. Cadorna, alongside with VP Rolando Navarro, VP Albert Tejero, Dr. Sheena Bestre, Dean of CCJE, 1LT Nestor B. Pajaro and ROTC Coordinator Ramon Opena.
He earned this award for achieving the highest overall rating in all courses offered by the Department of Social Sciences. He is also one of the top performing cadets. Papagayo is the Foxtrot Company Commander, demonstrating the values of Service, Integrity, and Nationalism, and will soon join the Philippine Air Force. This significant milestone was graced by PMA Superintendent LT. Gen. Rowen Tolentino, Commandant of Cadets Brig. Gen. Ramon Flores, and Dean of Academics Brig. Gen. Jose Demar, recognizing Cadet Papagayo’s remarkable journey of academic excellence and unwavering commitment to his studies.
