A total of 124 students from Eastern Visayas State University-Main Campus visited the University of Northern Philippines today, May 23, 2024. The purpose of the visit is to broaden the students’ learning experience with this off-campus activity.

The College of Communication and Information Technology, in collaboration with the University Research and Development Office and University Extension Office, served as the host of the event. The College shared to the EVSU students its flagship extension program, CONNECT (Creating Opportunities for Next-Gen Network, Education, Culture, and Technology).

In this regard, this activity also served as a platform for the BSCS and BS Info Tech students from UNP-CCIT to disseminate their ICT-related outputs. Their completed research works were presented to the guests from Eastern Visayas State University.

The event staged a diverse range of innovative solutions and findings, reflecting the students’ dedication to advancing technology and knowledge in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This collaborative initiative not only fostered academic exchange but also promoted the sharing of cutting-edge research within the academic community.
