The College of Arts and Sciences(CAS) celebrated its 58th founding anniversary on March 04 -08, 2024 with the theme “Balligi Ti Naindaklan nga Puli: Championing the Iloco Culture through Arts and Sciences.”

The weeklong festival of the arts and sciences kicked off with a eucharistic celebration, parade, and a program during the first day, and different physical and academic activities were conducted the rest of the week.

Also in celebration of the college week, a CAS volunteer day was scheduled on the third day, March 6, 2024, in which 23 faculty members of the Department of Languages and Humanities conducted a “Tree Planting (Moringa) cum Cleaning” activity at Barangay Vll (Pagburnayan) Vigan City. 

Said faculty members cleaned a part of Mira Hills by-pass road and planted moringa cuttings.
