Through this activity, the GAD Pool from the different colleges were able to understand the concept of gender and development as a human-centered approach. That the twin goals of gender and development which were gender equality and women empowerment were also discussed to helped participants appreciate and recognize their roles as duty–bearers in advocating for gender equality and women empowerment and the attainment of inclusivity in the academe.
